The route from Dundalk (Clarke) to Dublin city centre (Connolly) is served daily by 32 trains coming and going from Dundalk station The express journey duration is 50 min. The Dublin Airport service provides Dundalk a direct and convenient link to the country’s busiest airport.
To the West is the M1 motorway connecting with Dublin and Belfast. Clós Émer is ideally located to make the most of all this great location has to offer. It is in close proximity to the excellent train and bus service and is a 2 minute drive to the closest M1 junction.
Schools
Dundalk is well served by schools with a choice of 15 primary schools plus a gaelscoil (Irish medium primary school) and 8 secondary / post-primary schools plus a new gaelcholáiste (Irish medium secondary school) all within the town boundary. Residents of Clós Émer will have the highly regarded Scoil Náisiúnta Eoin Baiste primary school and the De La Salle College and St Louis Secondary Schools literally on their doorstep. Located in the south of the town is the Dundalk Institute of Technology.
